The Deluxe Edition of "UP" from Classic Records / Real World is pressed on Classic's proprietary 200g Quiex Super Vinyl Profile. The gatefold jacket is die cut inside the gatefold to feature a specially printed inner sleeve. The package also includes a 7" - 24 page booklet featuring photos commissioned by Real World, each of which relate to a track on the album and is bundled with a 7" vinyl single in a picture sleeve. Side A of the 7" features the radio edit of "The Barry Williams Show" and the B side a radio edit of "Cloudless" - both at 45 rpm!. This package is a Gabriel vinyl lover's dream come true. Classic Records is the also the manufacturer of the 2 LP - conventional 180g version of "UP" being marketed and sold by Virgin Records in the UK. The package includes the same gatefold jacket as above without the die cut, 7" single, and printed inner sleeves. This is the budget version not available in the US. Which is better? The Quiex SV-P pressing of course! If you are a Gabriel freak then buy both and compare.
