Most countries have local taxes ranging anywhere from 10-25% of an imports' declared value.
Legally, we must declare a value on all international shipments to eliminate the risk of orders being confiscated at customs, or delayed.
For shipments to Canada, we are required to include a fully itemized packing list indicating the cost of each item.

Pre-orders :
Pre-order items are offered prior to the release date (which may be subect to delay) of the item. The item will ship to arrive no sooner than the release date, or as soon as available (if delayed).
All pre-order items are clearly indicated by displaying Pre-order [release date]. The release date indicated is the latest date we have been provided by the label / distributor.
All pre-order items are automatically discounted by 5%
In the event the date displayed has passed, this indicates the last date we have been provided for the release. If Pre-order [release date] is still displayed for the item, it indicates the item has not yet been released / delivered to us.
On limited edition items, the orders will be processed from earliest to latest. In the event that pre-orders exceed availability, allocation will be done based on when the order was placed (starting with the earliest order).
In the unlikely event that your pre-order cannot be filled, a full refund will be issued.
For orders that contain both pre-order items and catalog items, the order will be shipped in whole once the pre-order item is avaialble.
Return policy :
We will accept returns of any defective or damaged item for replacement of the same item.
In the event a replacement is not available, a full refund for the item will be given.
The customer is responsible for returning the item to us and must obtain a return authorization prior to return. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
We pay shipping to return the replacement item(s) to the customer.
Note: Returns can only be accepted on defective or mis-shipped items.
Shipping :
At checkout you will be presented with the applicable shipping methods for your delivery address.
For domestic (US) orders, USPS Media mail (approximately 2-14 days delivery time) and UPS Ground (1-5 business days depending on proximity to our office in Santa Monica, CA) are the standard shipping options.
Note : UPS cannot delivery to PO Boxes
Default shipping for all international orders is via airmail.
Delivery time for airmail can vary greatly as there is no guaranteed delivery time for this service. Generally airmail is delivered within 2 weeks of shipping, but can be longer due to factors such as customs clearance and the postal service within the destination country.
